Audiences with the President of Cahul District are held every Monday, between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
According to Art. 9 of the Administrative Code no. 116/2018, a petition means any request, notification, complaint, or proposal addressed to a public authority by a natural or legal person.
Requirements for electronic petitions: According to Art. 75 para. (1) of the Administrative Code no. 116/2018, a petition must contain the following elements: a) the applicant's first and last name; b) the petitioner's domicile or registered office; c) the name of the public authority; d) the subject of the petition and its justification; e) the petitioner's electronic signature.
After receiving the electronic petition, within 2 days, the applicant will be informed (at the indicated electronic address) about its registration number. An electronic petition with an electronic signature and a petition with an original signature (addressed to the Prime Minister or the leadership of the State Chancellery) can be sent as a scanned PDF file to the email address: petitii@gov.md, which is managed by the responsible subdivision of the State Chancellery. IMPORTANT! By submitting a petition, it is presumed that individuals accept the processing of personal data for the entire petition examination procedure. When examining electronic petitions, in accordance with Law no. 133/2011 on personal data protection, with the petitioner's consent, the confidentiality of personal data will be ensured.
If the electronic petition does not meet the requirements provided by law, the applicant will be given a reasonable period of time via email (from which the petition or electronic message was received) to rectify the deficiencies and resubmit the petition electronically. If the petitioner does not rectify the deficiencies within the given period, the petition will not be examined.
If the petitioner does not have an email address and wishes to submit a petition with an original signature, it can be deposited in the postal box of the Government and the State Chancellery, located on the 1st floor of the Government Building (entrance from Bănulescu-Bodoni street) or sent via post office. Mail received from the postal box is collected twice a day. Depending on the specific nature of the issue addressed, central/local public administration authorities, institutions, and responsible persons will be involved in the examination of petitions, according to their area of competence.
The entities to which the petition was sent for examination have the right to verify the authenticity of the information presented by the petitioner and, if necessary, to request additional information/data to provide a response.
The results of the petition's examination will be sent to the applicant's email address (in the case of electronically submitted petitions) or via post office, within the terms established by the Administrative Code no. 116/2018.
